OKX Exchange credited 1 OKB for 500 BLUR because of the long wait for a deposit BLUR tokens were distributed on Tuesday, which speculators began sending en masse to exchanges to sell. Some sent tokens to OKX, but they were not credited until 7-8 hours later. The exchange compensated for this with a nice bonus.
Also OKB is on ATH (in the middle of a bear market ) and OKX is launching its blockchain. It makes sense that the guys will be making moves and releasing projects on their network. I think it's worth registering an account on the exchange, if you haven't already.
